Bill O’Neill believes our current healthcare system is failing Americans by prioritizing insurance profits over people’s lives and well-being. The high-overhead, debt-inducing, and chaotic private insurance model is unfair. Medicare for All offers a straightforward constitutional solution to ensure guaranteed, quality healthcare for every citizen.

Bill is calling for the expansion of high-speed electric commuter rail from Cleveland eastward toward Conneaut. Extending the line far beyond its current two-mile limit will solve the daily traffic congestion on Route 2, efficiently connect workers in the eastern suburbs with jobs in Cleveland, and significantly reduce pollution by getting cars off the road.

Bill is running for Congress in OH District 14 on a “No Money from Nobody” platform. The influence of campaign contributions, stemming from Citizens United, has fundamentally corrupted government. Bill pledges to personally fund his campaign and accept no donations to prove this congressional seat “is no longer for sale to the highest bidder,” ensuring that his focus remains solely on the people he serves.
